Photovoltaic Green Project SRL (PGP) is a reputable Romanian company in the renewable energy sector, headquartered in Bucharest, at Calea 13 Septembrie no. 90, within the Grand Multifunctional Complex, 2nd floor, room 2.16, Sector 5. Registered with the Trade Register under number J40/313/2023 and holding Fiscal Code RO30508281, PGP is legally represented by Mr. Nelu Coman, Administrator. The company holds an Electricity Supply License, no. 1771, issued on April 1, 2015, valid until 2025, with the possibility of extension for an additional 20-25 years.

Since 2022, Photovoltaic Green Project SRL has been part of the REFIN Group, following its acquisition by Renewable Energy Production SRL. This strategic integration has strengthened PGP’s position in the electricity supply and trading market, enhancing operational efficiency within an exceptionally dynamic business environment. PGP supplies energy to end consumers and engages in trading activities to meet peak demand, while also contributing to balancing energy imbalances by aggregating load curves within its own Energy Responsibility Perimeter (PRE).

The ownership structure of Photovoltaic Green Project SRL reflects a stable and well-defined corporate structure. PGP is majority-owned by Renewable Energy Production SRL, which holds a 97.62% stake, with the remaining 2.38% owned by Transenergo Microhidro SRL. Renewable Energy Production SRL, in turn, is wholly owned by Refin Company SRL, which is fully controlled by a Romanian individual, designated as the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO).

This shareholder structure highlights a strategic alignment within the REFIN Group, ensuring that Photovoltaic Green Project SRL operates with integrity, transparency, and a strong commitment to high standards of performance and sustainability, delivering value to all stakeholders involved in this ambitious renewable energy initiative.

In collaboration with the REFIN group, PGP manages major projects for the development of renewable energy production capacities, integrating advanced storage solutions (BESS – Battery Energy Storage Systems). These initiatives support the decarbonization goals set by the European Commission and align with the European Green Deal, promoting the transition to a clean and sustainable energy system.
